Mufti Taqi Usmani 19th Dhul Hijja 1412 AH: I have replied to you letter and I hope that you have now received the earlier letter. In Saudi Arabia the sighting of the moon has been accepted before even the birth of the moon on many occasions which is impossible in my view. I have discussed the situation with many Saudi Ulama and they are also disturbed with these occurrences however since this is in the hands of the Majlisul Qadha Al-A’la they are helpless
firstly, we in Britian follow the local time for salah even though we see the saudi prayers on t.v we, still pray salah according to our GMT timings.hence NOT SAUDI TIMINGS,
secondly, during the time of our nabi S.A.W, eid ul adhah was not celebrated on the following day of Hajj, thus this shows that Nabi S.A.W insisted in following the local timing rather than the Makkah timings
@3ishaa Then why in pakistan do they do eid on the same day you guys contradict yourself why in pakistan if the moon is sighted in one city it is eid in all of pakistan because according to the hadith you are presenting there should be a local sighting in each city .

Thirdly, the current Saudi calender is the SAME as the jewish calenders, WHY is there a similarity when the formula of both these differ.
This alll indicates that SAUDI FOLLWERS are following the JEWISH calender.
