To clarify, this is the last end credits theme written by Mark Snow. The heroic "Superman Theme" version that followed was written by Louis Febre.

Incidentally, the pastoral main title used in the first few seasons was written Louis Febre as well. There are several end title themes used throughout the 9 seasons, written by either man.

@casleezin Hmm, by limiting the number of episodes to only seasons 6 and 7, and seeing which episode featured both Shelby and Young Alexander, I have come to conclude that the episode that this song was recorded off of was Season 7's Veritas!
