This song reminds me that despite me liking this game as my favorite between X's4-6, the plot was extremely wrong. The very fact that the Maverick Hunter HQ makes all people with weapons waste time and come to their base after disarming even if they are trying visibly to help stop the mavericks is bad enough. But anyone who refuses to stop helping to hunters to do this is instantly marked as a maverick is just insane. X is a jerk! The Repliforce should've won. The world would be in good hands.

Goddd this song fits the Sky Lagoon stage so well. Playing in that stage still amazes me. The seach lights in the back, the skyline, everything!

To me, this song feels like the mark of the beginning of the PSX Mega Man X saga.

when i saw that you could choose zero or X i was like OMG 2x because you had a choice, and i thought it could be Co-op, could you imagine the awesomeness X laying back putting down some X-buster ownage, and zero slashing enemies where their face lives. epic game, could have been super epic if they had 2P

I always thought that x was more powerful with his upgrades, atleast in x1 and x3. X gets the hyaduoken in x1, which can destroy any boss in 1 hit.

Also in x 3 hes way better with the armor, and if you get the golden armor(includes all armor chips) hes way MORE POWERFUL than zero can ever hope to be.

yeah but x needs help to be stronger than zero.

if u notice, x gets cool upgrades all the time that allow him to fly, charge up weapons, do the invincible,etc. zero doesnt fly, shoot hadokens, or do any of the extraordinary things but can still get the job done the same way x does without armors or street fighter moves. And when he finally came in x3, he had more life and power than x. and he didnt have power ups. Despite all that i'm saying, capcom probably ment for them to equal each other.

In this particular game, X was easier to play with than Zero. X's buster did more damage than Zero's saber.

But in following games, they made Zero stronger.

I think they're both badass with Zero being ahead of X. They both can kick your ass, but while X is hesitant in doing so, Zero will just slash you to death and not look back.

and that's y they had to partially replace X in X7 with axl. Megaman got too soft and tried to be smart by finding peacfull solutions. i mean, common, everyone knows you cant find peacefull solutions with bad guys (even when they take over the world >_>)
