I've just bend one of these, but seem to have crashed the circuit slightly, so the buttons does odd stuff. It is still very usefull though. And I will most certainly bend more of these :)

what kind of setup do i have to get in order to get the sound i would make on a circuit bent toy onto a computer to edit or put in a song?

I use a breakout box for audio that works with Garage band yukc. but free just not that versatile. I don't really feel like advertising for any companies today, message me. It's okay but I wish it had more capabilities ie more inputs ect. So buy the one that seems most useful to you. But try to make a decision you won't regret down the road.

I got one of these at the weekend with a view to bending it and I'm glad I did :-) The buttons are slightly different on the one I have but the worrying thing is that one of the buttons on the lower part of the controls has a "gun" sample - this thing was obviously made for fledgling gangsta kids ;-)
