No matter who you are, You're going ot look someway when you ride past them. If you're a business guy, You may look alright, A fat person will look extra lazy, a normal person will look like they wasted their money. i guess it's toyota's version of the segway. but the segway didn't really catch on so i don't think the winglet is going to do much better. why don't you just use rollerblades or scooters or skateboards?

At least with a Segway, you have some handlebars to hold onto in a moment of imbalance or inattentiveness leading to an accident.

Segway is not popular b/c it is very expensive and North America cities don't all them run on street. If toyota sell this device at a reasonable price, it will we very popular. The target market is not the same as Segway, it run at a lower speed, thus, it will allow to run on street, park, and indoor area.

This device is not hard to develope. It is hard to market it and sell at a profitable and reasonable price.

the designer of this Winglet is very stupid, their target market are elderly people, making them a person with more disability. Segway is better, bcoz there's a handle, you will feel safe.
