@Nead04 practice practice practice, you'll get better and it'll fall less and less the more you do it (and if you're doing it during songs, I find that some songs are easier to spin during them than others)

I already learned how to do this but I just wanted to make sure I was doing right. Haha. I've mastered it on my right hand but still trying to get the hang of it with my left. Oh and to everyone asking if it's supposed to hurt, well if you play drums, it shouldn't hurt. But I learned this when I wasn't playing drums just by watching music videos and live videos of drummers so I guess it just depends on your hand muscles.
