well, the pilots ARE young girls... so i think the design for the fair lions are also, child-like-girly-look suits it just fine... loli? in a sense yes...
but beyond that, i love using the fairlions... putting these two in my vanguard line up and when they are placed side by side, nothing hits them.. they have a 90-100% evade rate... which out wieghs their compromises in weapon capacity and overall "firepower".
I be wondering what were the designers of the Fairlions were thinking when they got the request to make them... Not that I mind. Those two should be reclassified as Super Robots, never mind their stats.
Properly upgraded, they have the power of Supers. Add the speed of Reals into them, and you get twin powerhouses running around. I always use whenever I can; it's not exactly the SRX or DGG, but they're pretty good by themselves.
The second reason though, is that even the Grungust series have more external joints than the Fairlions. XD
No heart-shaped explosion? Boo! They took out the girliest part of an attack that involves two dancing robots with skirts and curly hair and replaced it with a standard badass variety of explosion. That kinda ruins the effect.
Not that I'm a loli or anything, but show some respect for their primary character traits, Banpresto.
Well, they did preempt the badass explosion (which I think was probably just to show that the Lion series' heritage lived on in the Fairlions) with a rather cute shoujo-ai moment, so it balances out.
Personally, the thought of getting hit with a 2-Lion Sonic Breaker scares the bejeezus out of me. I always feel sorry for that bioroid at the end.
My FAV but I like OG2 in GBA version which end with Heart Explosion.
BTW; this damage is possible in normal play just use them a lot and all point/upgrade to them, then put them close to the right person (friend-rival-love) their attack goes upby 20-100%
In thiscase I think Latouni is surrounded by Arad+Seolla+Jada+Shada(150%x150%x150%x150%) -*- (too long ?)
Wait, do they really get bonuses like that? Is that only in OGS, or does it apply to OG1 and/or OG2 as well? I got them both used, so I never did get a manual...

@le04 It's not actually a remix. It's just the version of the song from OG2 overlaid over the OGS version with the volume turned down.

Why? Dodging is what real robots are good at and the Fairlions excel at dodging as you have said.
