Almond Butter Crunch - Nana's Famous Recipe

I'm on it, Nana! But I was waiting to see how you break it up. Just snap it? I live at 5200 ft. above sea level and every year at Christmas, I get a little closer to getting candy making right. I stink at fudge, but "Crunch" is a little more forgiving. I made "Crunch" yesterday and it was too chewy. So now I'm off to try yours with milk chocolate this time and cook it a little higher. Last year, I went too high and it split into butter and goo....so I was gun shy. Thx!
