I don't think it is, that part has a male singing more loudly in a falsetto. The guy singing sounds exactly like Jimmy Somerville but I can't find the song or any info on it.
You want to know why? Because this is real music and its supposed to elicit an emotional response, not brainwash you into buying it like 99 percent of commercial music.

this song just brings out so much sadness in me. and I love it. I love that you can relate to something so strongly even when no words are being said. They don't have to be.
