listen people if u r thinking of buying this truggy u will need ur brain because i think there r some bad parts in that package, but if u call DuraTrax they should give u a free replacement part.i had that problem myself. it is a good truggy ,fast and fun :) two of my videos have mine in them

i have this same truggy, i am satisfied with it but i had some servo problems when i got it but duratrax gave me a fataba servo instead of the duratrax one so i think they handled that pretty well, it is a fast car and has some 2.5 horse and 27 cc engine in it

k i bought one of these brand spanken new and watch the vid and read the manual and put in the batterys (like it said in the vid) and put it in the receiver and turned the remote on THEN the receiver and tested the steering and then checked the throttle and it pushes in and i tried the brakes and they don't work at all whats up with that?

not sure why nothing works. call duratrax and tell them about it. they should send you replacment parts for it, if not replace the whole truck. when i got mine i had a defacted steering servo, which i sent back for a replacement. hope the helped some.

You need to check the truck out, either you need much thicker diff oil in the front, or your rear is bound up, in the vid, nice truck btw, I see your front tires ballooning up big time and the truck not really going all that fast, and thats because all the power of the motor is going to the front, and the fronts not digging in. For some reason, not much is getting to the rear diff if the front tires are blowing up all the time at hire rpm, may want to look into that ;)

rc freak your right if you put a better engine in it, it should go way faster but tell me if it can go over huge triples

It depends how good of a driver you are. it take big triples just fine for me.

well you're not being stupid dude and yes speed does matter but what good is that if you don't have torque. actually It goes to 40+ mph if you get the right tuning and am not gonna tell you to buy it or what but it's all up to you I like mine no doubt especially for practice besides you can always replace the enine with the good ones right? that's what am planning to do anyway with mine but for now am enjoying it the way it is. nice topic by the way

yup! and it's durable too you name it. it is capable of doing anything. I don't know if you know this that there is one pro driver using a Raze ST but he's usin an O.S. engine in it, you be surprise too I have one for myself for bashing and practice it's not bad for a truggy and the price it has pretty much the same quality compared with the expensive truggies like OFNA, Mugen, Kyosho and so on. by the way I have better ones too like you do....Thanks

the raze st is gay it only goes 35 i race truggys and i have a losi eight t and a mugen mbx5t and they both go about 55-60mph!!

the raze st is not gay. for the price its a really good truggy. the losi and mugen go for over $500 and the raze st is only $379 so that why you get a better engine. but if i throw in that engine in the raze st i know it would be just as fast. beside i have a jato 3.3, 4tec 3.3 and a rustler vxl with a 8000 lipo 3cell pack that go way faster then 55-60mph. iv hit 70+ mph with all three rc's.

Thanks! I had to break in the engine. I bought it new from Towerhobbies. If I were you I would buy the ST and if you feel like converting it to a buggy all you need is the buggy tires, body, and body mounts for it. I plan to convert it soon, just to see which one I like better.
