thats an easy fix. wanna sell it? u could pick up the front of the console about an inch off the ground, hit the eject button and lightly let it hit the ground. bet it opens....

Its the disk drive magnet after so much use it wears out the metal and the magnet gets stuck on the metal part in the reader just open it up and add a big anough washer

Clean and install again or change the rubber band in the disk drive... that should do it... another easy way to fix it is just pushing a little bit on the disk drive after you press the eject button and that should get it open each time it gets stuck.

ok well when i go to turn my xbox on the green light in the center flashes and then it gets the 2 red lights any reason and also its like the dvd drive isnt even in it wont open or anything else,but when i got to hit open on the dashboard it says opening for like 1 sec the closing for like 1 sec and its pissing me off

I say the same thing all the time. peoples xboxs would not fuck up. IF YOU DID NOT FUCK AROUND WITH IT. Just leave it as it came from the store. and you wont have probems if you do. You keep your paperwork and get another one
