You sound great Margot! It was an honor, and a blast playing with you... regardless of John's unsolicited advice on the role of a backing musician. (maybe next time I should be juggling behind you? :)
It was an honor playing with you Scott! Can you really juggle while playing guitar? That would be so cool. Alas YouTube commentaries are what they are. The world is unaware that we have oh 5 minutes to become a "band" and I like to think we knocked this one out of the park. But a good time was had by all and I look forward to our next collaboration ;)
@MargotMacDonald : D You...are getting to be more fun to watch perform live than, say, Sarah McLachlin. And that's what I said to the kids: She's working her butt off; watch it...learn from it. And then, you know, we talked about Bird-in the-Rafters syndrome. Which prompted this (one) viewer to wonder, "Hmm, did they ever find anything interesting to look at while Margot was working her butt off?" But, hey, if people don't want feedback... ; )
@sgs1964 Nope...coz juggling would also be inwardly focused. All I'm saying is you have this girl who's got to be one of the most talented talents you'll ever have the pleasure of playing with, and you have 3:59 to bask in the experience...and folks have spent their sushi money to see you bask. If I was directing the video, I'd probably just say, "Focus on her like everything you're doing is meant to augment HER performance" is all.
: ) This is great. Loved your passion. Especially since the two guitarists don't seem to be connecting too well with their fellow performers, the audience or the emotion of the song. You probably had to resist shouting, "We're on a stage an'...we're playing loud an'...you all boys should be collaborate-an'!" : )
Much and miles better than some tribute acts I've seen :) x
Fantastic!

2:06-2:12 - That's what I'm talking about! Also 2:35 and 2:51. Really cool. Also, the bridge in this song is very strong and I like it.

The bass player and back-up vocalist seem really into it, though. : ) They certainly look fun to come and see perform.

Cal Everett and Deeme Katson are fabulous artists and indeed fun to see on any stage! I was happy to back them on their own exquisite songs.
