I got into this planche stuff and my progress is straddle planche but I don't have a low fat percentage...:D How do you make yourself so ripped? Do you have fast metabolism or you just don't eat sweets and sugars that much? :)
Planche is as much weight distribution as it is strength - if you have a heavy and strong upper body (centre of gravity) and skinny legs, it shouldn't take too much training to get it nailed. Gymnasts do it on rings... now that is a different story, and that really does require superhuman strength.
At the start I thought you were really young and stuff - plus, you couldn't hold it any where near as well as the end of the vid - then at 0:40 I was like HE'S HUUUUUGEEEE
