  • I've started to notice that a lot of people are neglecting their legs now. Not to be mean dude that's great that you can do planche push ups.

  • Don't forget to breathe. Your face gets all choked up. Also - catch up on your leg workouts! Your overall muscle structure is out of balance. Good job though, keep at it!

  • Nice job. These are hard even for gymnasts. They get harder when you get more muscular legs. A stronger upper body can compensate. So enjoy the results before you add more muscular weight.

  • Were you also working other gymnastics exercises over the 12 months? Such as back lever, front lever, L-sit, maltese pushups, pseudo pushups, leg lifts, muscle ups etc?

  • I got into this planche stuff and my progress is straddle planche but I don't have a low fat percentage...:D How do you make yourself so ripped? Do you have fast metabolism or you just don't eat sweets and sugars that much? :)

  • Planche is as much weight distribution as it is strength - if you have a heavy and strong upper body (centre of gravity) and skinny legs, it shouldn't take too much training to get it nailed. Gymnasts do it on rings... now that is a different story, and that really does require superhuman strength.

  • Not that its is a bad video or anything, and I can´t even get 3 centimeters of the ground yet since I just started... But if I were you on THIS video, I would do a variation of the worm from breakdance.. many people show it on you tube when they type planche tutorial.

    In that way... I think its easier to do the pushups along the way of training, instead of beginning with straight arms!

    But hey.. thats is just an opinion..You´re the guy who has trained for some time;-) not me..I just started

  • Man, I can only do one planche pushup, I didnt train this way, this way is more try until you do it, I did it in steps but my wrist has to recover from something until I can do more than one at a time
