Devon Rex's are awesome. My ex girlfriend had one. It's about the only thing I miss about her was that I got to spend time with that awesome cat.

I wish my apt would allow pets, then I could get a devon.

Since I live live in Sweden I recomend that you talk to breeders in your country. They should be able to help you more than I can.

My Devons took a year before they got a decent coat. They felt like suede until then. Some Devons never develop a thick coat, and some get a great, curly coat. I have one with great fur, and one that molts her sparse coat a few times a year. Wont ever be without a Devon in my life. Awesome critters!

Devons have great purrsonalities, too.

Some breeders do add in a Sphynx or American Shorthair every once in a while, I've read, I kind of prefer the ones with Sphynx added in. I like them to have a very short coat or flat and curly. It is nice to see the Devon head and ears too.

These are Sphynx kittens, aren't they? I don't see any fur at all on some of them. Devons have some fur.

No, they are purebreed Devons ;) Most devons take some time to develope coat. They are 10 month now and all of them has coat now :)

No I can see that now, and I'm sorry for wondering earlier. No harm meant, I like those other kinds of cats too. I notice now even adult Devons often have sparse coats etc and I also read the coat can take a long time to come in. These are really cute in any case. Anyhow I didn't mean their parent was another breed but maybe an uncle or grandparent etc. This is actually good as it makes a stronger breed overall.
