A good movie to review if you have time for it ever is Kickass. The movie is logically inconsistent within itself. It's mindbogglingly bad and I have no idea how it got rated as high as it did.
If he's like me, he watched Star Trek 2009 over one hundred times by now and has manged to generate a huge list of flaws to compile into a review that I will watch and then the movie will be ruined for me like all the TNG movies were.
I've been begging him to do Star Trek 09 by Jar Jar Abrams. I consider it the single worst movie ever made. Pinkett's gonna tear it a much disserving new one. At least I assume so.
We're also waiting for Sith so either way we're in good shape.

A good movie to review if you have time for it ever is Kickass. The movie is logically inconsistent within itself. It's mindbogglingly bad and I have no idea how it got rated as high as it did.

I've been begging him to do Star Trek 09 by Jar Jar Abrams. I consider it the single worst movie ever made. Pinkett's gonna tear it a much disserving new one. At least I assume so.
We're also waiting for Sith so either way we're in good shape.

In a review, you need to give reasons as to why you think something. Why do you think the Star Wars reviews are 70 mins long. Putting up a skit like that is NOT a review. It is just a rant. Saying that something sucks or is great is meaningless without reasons. That is not reviewing, that is whining.

From Merriam Webster: 6 a : a critical evaluation (as of a book or play). Thats a review. There is no critical evaluation of the film, therefore, no review. I dont see why you keep insisting.

In the video, he inferred that even though the latest ST "raped" the franchise, it was still a relatively good movie.
A review can also show how a person can interpret the film. Haven't you considered that for a moment? As far as Mr. Plinkett is concerned, his reviews go far beyond textbook definitions. If anything, he shows variety in his videos, and he is willing to think outside of the box.
