i suppose you'll keep your kids off the pole on the playgrounds? what about stop signs? cause, ya know, kids NEVER climb or spin on those.

there are ZERO sexual connotations in her doing this. It is NO different than the balance beam or parallel bars in gymnastics.

There are many pole dancing competitions around the world and I would be more than proud for her to compete. I fully expect negative comments, and I don't care. My daughter is a beautiful, smart and strong 6 yr old now. And is learning new pole tricks all the time, she needs those arm muscles for beating up boys later ;)

yes it's a real dancing pole. contrary to popular believe, poles are not slippery (well, as slippery as most think), you actually need them to be a little bit sticky.
