My older cousin had GTA 3 and GTA Vice City and he let me play them when I was little. I always played Vice City all the time and let GTA 3 sit on the shelf and collect dust. Vice City was just more appealing me to me IMO. When I played Vice City my little 7 year old mind would be like "Oooooh pretty sunshine colors" and when I played GTA 3 my mind would be like "So dark and grey and boring..Where the hell Vice City at!?" But I'm playing GTA 3 more often now and it's a fun game.

gta san andreas was unique in every single way (graphics,guns,cars,size,story­,rpg elements etc.) but Vice city is my childhood... I grew up with this game and this game is the reason for me loving the 80's songs today... its just classic. Rockstar should totally do a ps3/xbox 360 remake. Thumbs up if you would buy it.

@Patryk13m Remakes tend to ruin the original. They keep adding shit that just doesn't fit into the game but today's gamer crowd can't go without, take away the nostalgic feeling and just take away what made the game.

This goes with remakes to any games really.

I bet if they were to remake this it would have a cover mechanic and shitty, boring, overly-realistic physics.

@Patryk13m You know in GTA4, mission 'catch the wave'. The game mentions a shipment coming from "Vice city". Look back to GTA3, mission 'Marked man'. When you drop off Ray at the airport, it mentions he is off to "Miami" (basically Vice city). I think Rockstar are telling us the same thing again, that the next GTA will be set in a rebuilt "Vice city".
