@ smorgan1227 - LOVE THIS VIDEO!!!! question can you recommend any books that cover exactly what you spoke about in this video. So eager to learn more ! any help would be great. You can email any info to me at ROE3568@aol.com
Hi, I do the Zone diet it seems like its pretty much the same thing. The only difference is I go by blocks. But eye ball is 1/3 of plate protein and 2/3 low-density carbs. like fruits or veggies :)
Hipretty, Thanks for clearing that up, yet again, lol... I obvioulsy was a beginner at eating clean at the time of this video and didn't even know the lingo yet. Have considered pulling the video from embarrassment, but I think it helps a lot of people. :) I am sure I still have a lot to learn. I am still eating clean and loving it!
@smorgan1227 omgoodness I stumbled across this video again...I am sorry, I did not mean to embarass you...(i just take gluten free very seriously, and did not want anyone to think whole wheat was low gluten)
you are sweet & tbeautiful...i hope you are still eating clean! :-)
you are so pretty! I have been eating clean as well and i absolutely love it...The author Tosca Reno introduced me to it...you clearly show how eating clean can positively effect your appearance :)
lol, sorry, already responded that I meant low glycemic, not gluten. Eating the way I eat now compared to how I ate before has created so many positive changes in my life. Everyone has got to start somewhere.
what kind of diet are you on? i think you talked about having lost fat AND added muscle mass. I have tried a cutting cycle then a bulking cycle but with not much success. do you have any advice?
You lose fat and gain muscle at the same time during weight loss. When you lift weights, you burn calories and fat, but your muscles also grow, as you're actually using them.
You mean "low glycemic", not "low gluten". Whole grain bread still has gluten. Fruit doesn't have any gluten, but there are high and low glycemic types of fruit.

I am thinking you mean "low glycemic" fruits and veggies and "low glycemic" breads like ezekial. NOT low gluten.
Gluten is wheat, rye, barley and sometimes oats (usually American oats milled where wheat is milled unless specified as gluten free oats)
There is no such thing as "gluten fruit" ALL fruits are gluten free unless they are breaded :-P Whole wheat bread IS high Gluten! It's "low glycemic"
Really except for that minor misworded info this is a great video!!!
