Walking is a really enjoyable form of exercise, especially with nice scenery & good weather :) A LOT less boring than the old treadmill in the gym!

I walked 2 miles into town a few weeks ago, treated myself to lunch then walked home. It was lovely weather and there's a rout with a park on the way so even though I'm in a city it was really nice-and walking there and back made me feel I'd earned my lunch ;)

haha, when the sign says stop, you'd better stop! Good on you, keep enjoying the outdoors!

lol yeah! walking is fun, i'm too far away up here to walk TO anything, but at least the view is pretty! :-)
