Ragna knows that now so he no longer has any hatred for Jin. However, Jin is now hunting Ragna and Noel down out of jealousy because Ragna and Noel are living together in a normal life.

@Str8Murder Blazblue CS takes long after the first game ending so it's been sometime and it's explained in the character's background information for this game.. Jin's arcade path for this game show that Hazama was the cause for his madness in his path ending and it was even shown in the first game a lot. The game's storyline in the first game was all canon since Rachel reveals that time was repeating tell the True Ending Path happened.

Hazama was the one who cut off Ragna's right arm, messed with Jin's head a little to kidnap their little sister Saya, and is one of the Six Heroes.

He likes possessing bodies. Noel is the sucessor of the True Azure and her eyes can be used to locate the Master Unit, Amaterasu.

Hazama at the moment, still owns the true Azure grimoire. Using Noel, he plans to create Kusanagi to combat Amaterasu.

At the beginning of Jin's story mode he is dictated as a false hero. I'm assuming he wasn't exactly a hero until he killed the Black Beast. He did so as Hakumen.

At the end of his story mode, Rachel rescued him and gave him a purpose. To kill the black beast that was supposedly created when Ragna and V-13 fell into the cauldron together. However, Noel broke the chain.

In the end of Noel's story mode I believe, Noel looks at Jin back at the academy and spots images of a White Soldier. That would be Hakumen.

For more literal proof, in Hazama's Arcade mode when he meets Hakumen, he address him by his old name. Jin Kisaragi.

Basically, from what I remember, this is how the story went. Hazama possessed Jin and cut Ragna's arm off. Hazama then placed a fragment of the Grimoire in place for his arm. Ragna then proceeded to destroy the bases which led the event.

Ragna fell into the cauldron with V-13 whom possessed another fragment of the Grimoire. When they both fell, they merged together and created the Black Beast. At that point, Jin was rescued and given a purpose by Rachel. That is where he became Hakumen. You should already know about the whole 6 heroes vs. Black beast stuff.

Rachel told the story about how Noel breaks the chain. From what I remember, the chain was the fact of the same event occurring over and over. That I mean Jin becoming Hakumen to slay the Black Beast. I'm still confuse on how thats even possible. Ragna could beat Jin easily because he is solely dependent on his Armagus. Hakumen however, has the susanoo and has the anti-grimoire-blackbeast effect. I mean, Ragna couldn't easily recover after his fight with Hakumen.

They had incredibly minor roles in the story. Tao was a vigilante hunting for "Rawrgna" and actually befriended him. Arakune hunted Ragna because he wanted the Grimoire. Litchi is trying to protect and save Arakune. Bang just tried to get revenge and failed.

Carl, however, looks like he will play a much bigger role in the story.

Hazama/Terumi has captured her in order to turn her into a Murakumo unit that is able to create the blade that can even cut gods, the Kusanagi. With it, he plans to take down the "master unit" known as Amaterasu. As for what exactly will happen with Noel...well...

I feel like Hakumen isn't as strong as everyone thinks. Hakumen has Terumi's old body, so I'm thinking either Terumi's new body is something special, or that Terumi knows that even with Hakumen at 100%, Hakumen still couldn't beat him. Else I figure he'd have taken him out. Same can be said about Ragna though, why doesn't he just kill him when he has the chance?

We don't actually have confirmation of Valkenhayn's surname, though a lot of people are speculating that it's 'Hellsing' only because Jubei called him that in one episode of "Teach me miss Litchi".

It was most likely a nickname or reference to the fact that Valkenhayn slightly resembles Walter C. Dornez from Hellsing the anime (a butler to the Hellsing family, and a friend to Alucard) So it's basically a reference to the anime/whole vampire thing.
