  • Hi

How do you stop the yoghurt becoming lumpy when you add it to the hot sauce? Do you heat the yoghurt first?

  • @soundbeans mix it well first - should be at room temp. No I do not heat it.

  • @sfehmi Thanks, just tried it there, worked well. The problem was I was adding it straight from the fridge!

  • @soundbeans use heavy cream instead. basically the same thing,.

  • Why do you need to say "AND" like that? Can't you be simple in saying that? You have heavy accent anyway

  • Why do you need to say "AND" like that? Can't you be simple in saying that?

  • I think the teaspoon of garlic and ginger are more like a few tablespoons each?

  • thank you! :)

  • can i skip the tomatoes and peppers and just use onions, garam masala, cayenne pepper, garlic, and coriander powder for the chicken? my ingredients are limited.

  • @rl520 - You can skip peppers, however tomatoes add special taste to the dish. You can try avoiding them too and sometime when you have tomatoes try with them and you will taste the difference. Enjoy

  • man i love indian food.......i wanna go to india for a week and do nothing but eat indian food everyday !!!

  • Do you mean Dupiaza? Honestly, what sort of Asian cook are you, if you can't even spell your counties own dish? Also wayy too much oil. And those onions are burnt, not caramelized.

  • I can't understand the names of some of the spice ingredients. I heard corriander powder, cyenne pepper, ginger and garlic, but there is one that sounds like she is saying germsmasala? Can anyone tell me the correct spelling of this spice? thanks so much!!

  • @plmrcn It is Garam Masala. I have a video that shows how to make your own Garam Masala. You can also buy it from any Indian or Pakistani store. It comes in a packet. Just ask any one at the store they should be able to help you.

  • got one prob... the curry is too oily ....could the oil b reduced a bit ???

  • @victorlai70 -yes you can cut down on oil and use 3 table spoon.

  • cooked it on weekend.....it was awesum.............tasted great with oven fresh naan. thanx for the recipe

  • Just made this, and this is a good, and very well explained recipe! Got a good curry, nice sauce thickness, flavours balanced with clear onion flavour in focus. I normally go for hotter curries, this is mild, but gave me loads of ideas. Very basic set of spices, well cooked together is all you need!

  • seem to be very little water..
