I just had my therapist learn this, right after a big breakthrough I had, and she asked me to as one of these system a question. I asked. I had an intimidate wave of emotions. It just showed my there was something in this. I just started.

This is wonderful! I love the way you play both roles in the role-play. It's fantastic to see that interaction! There's an IFS therapist nearby here, but I wonder if there might be a problem with the fact that she's a woman and that some of my issues (big ones) are sexual.
