I need a little insight. Why is Archmage still considered the best hero option when against NightElf? I know that he's good for creeping & expanding, but why do players continue to choose him even after he'll die w/ in like 2 level 1 ShadowStrikes & A couple of hits.

My Theory: You have to play the meta game against NE. In a large enough map where you think you can buy time, to level you AM. If the opponent goes Hunts on you early, Human tends to turtle up as no Water Elementals to do enough damage. A turtled human is a dead human as human needs Expos. Just a theory.
