She also had nice wrist control and there was no way that guy was ever gonna win that match, she let him offmthe hook by lifting her elbow at the end. @mrforearms47 She did move her elbow a little bit towards the end but come on, that guy was never gonna win this. She would have gotten him anyway in the long run and that's very impressive.
@akinfeez That's not the reason , she won because she was in a better position. THe guy had the table facing him, believe me, it can make all the difference. I lost to a weak girl because of that the other day at the bar.
She totally out-muscled him and humiliated him...this will always happen when a woman who lifts weights goes up against a guy around her size and weight
