Actually I did this on my own. It's very similar to Grifball though. I emptied out the level, threw up some boxes and spreaded spawn points all around the edges of the open area.

Actually, this isn't a third person mode. This is just theater mode...a recording. He's just watching it from a third person perspective, 'cause you can do that in theater.

And it's not just for multiplayer; I THINK (take note of that phrase, it means I COULD be wrong) that Theater mode is also usable with Campaign.
