Transco Tower........AKA.....Williams Tower was never the tallest building in Houston. It just looks HUGE since it is standing on its own almost 2 miles from downtown Houston. At 64 stories and 909 feet it seem HUGE just standing there all by itself. The building is the 4th-tallest in Texas, the 22nd-tallest in the United States, and the 80th-tallest building in the world. It is the tallest building in Houston outside of a downtown setting

yea that's the williams tower the 3rd tallest skyscraper in houston at 901ft.

That's not the Chase tower. That's the Williams tower (formerly Transco) in the Galleria. The Chase Tower is in downtown Houston.
