Actually, plasmas are naturally dark blue or brilliant blue no matter what time of day or night. You're thinking of the black tanker bugs that are basically the same as plasmas, except a little bit smaller and fire organic napalm out their nostrils instead of superheated plasma crap out their asses. :D

...the reason I know this is because I've been watching the first SST movie since it came out in '97, when I was four years old. Yup, SST was my first peek at boobies, thanks to Dina Meyer. O_o

Whenever I try to launch Spore Creature Creator an "Alert" window pops up

and says "Sorry, your graphics card is below our min spec, the game will not

run. Please see the README for details. [2001]" and the game will not run.

How do I start the game?

The message is pretty straightforward; you can't run the program on your computer because your videocard is not good enough.
