  • I like this concept. Just imagine how in shape people would get it they had to put some effort into their daily commute.

  • It would suck if this is all u had and you took a trip somewhere and it took 12 hours even at a speed of 80 mph with this no storage space you would get tired easily and it would take many days to get there

  • Yeah yeah, but "How do you turn"?

  • Human car? Show me your bare feet and run as fast as you can to accelerate.

  • wads its top speed be?? This is seriously cool BUT how do they turn or brake and where does weight transfer or differential works ??

  • how fast does the car goes? interesting! good Idea!

  • Does one have to have a driver's license to operate a Human Car? "Inquiring minds want to know!" ;-)

  • Could you imagine a traffic jam full of human-cars?? hahahah. But it would be a nice problem to have...

  • what if you crash?

  • I think this may be some sort of dildo machine.

  • Genieal! :D

  • so how many thousands will this cost? anyways im interested

  • its awsome :)

  • cool! :)

  • There are two Christmas Islands.

  • Is there a right hand drive version?

  • top speed?

  • OK so obviously there is a motor and battery in the vehicle. The battery must be pre-charged and the rowing is only giving a very small portion of energy back into the system. Therefore, what percent of the rowing contribution equates to produce electricity and charge the battery) to forward motion?

  • @gijigadget excellent- yes - correct- many people think it's 100% humancar power which would defy the laws of physics in this example- thank you

  • @HumanCar So why not just make a small electric car that can have the option of being manually powered?

  • @HumanCar yeah, that doesn't actually answer his question at all.

  • No seat belts & no protection.

  • I love that engine!!

  • V12 engine?

  • The only place pollution seems to be a problem is the the city.

  • @cinema2k

are you american? god fucking hell you must be american no one could be so fucking stupid like you are.

  • @TRoN1Ck

Cursing makes your reply seem less important.

  • @TRoN1Ck

Weather or not it is real or not, polution seems to be a power grab.

  • This could be an Olympic sport.

  • whats the crash test rating on this ?

  • image Pamela Anderson paddles this one :)

  • @SunEyes83 Your just another great example that the internet is full of perverts thank you, Homo

  • @tomyvimto how is he a homo if hes imagining pamela anderson doing it?....

    thank you, homo

  • i love this..

  • downhill

  • Hmmm...he might actually have something there...Almost looks like a Six Flags ride...kinda got the Flintstone foot power to it only in the arms...

  • That's so fucking cool

  • exercising while driving. great!

  • @LucidEnigma1st Legal and Lawful are two very different things, my friend. :)

  • I hope one day we will have the option to have vehicles like this as a standard.

  • eco friendly?

  • @maloney4lfc it is unless you fart))))

  • @voron27 ha!

  • @maloney4lfc Eco friendly is a myth. Aluminum requires mass amounts of electricity to refine, then machine and mill. The plastics/polymers don't bio-degrade, they photo degrade contaminating soil and water. Maybe people should ride horses or just walk. Better yet just not drive.

  • Way to go!! Time well spent :-)

  • awesome

  • Thats so fucking dangerous

  • 4 people can reach 96 km/h, about 60mph...

  • in the future every1 will be buff >=D

  • Does it work with a flywheel?

  • How fast can this car go?

  • wow, should be more iventors like him, and one question, does it will be affordable for normal people` ? i belive not.

  • @combaynus why should normal people get a price break ...and where would you find these "normal" people?

  • how much ?

  • Well I'm sold. Where can I buy one?

I wonder if they'd let you use it on a bike path?

  • granpa u need helmit mannn,,,hahahaha

  • im sorry for my ignorance, but how is this better than 4 bicycles? Or in this case, 1 bicycle?

  • do you need a drivers licsense to drive it? even if its not on reall roads?

  • @theamazingbandgeek Yes, just like with a bicycle.

  • do they have airbags?

  • How do you make supercars out of this? Position Humans to form V12 pattern? XD

  • @flimsyshow if thats the case i would love to see a wankel motor :))

  • @medsa666 Another thing I'm wondering about is how do you turbocharge a human?

  • @flimsyshow just skull a can of redbull before u drive hahahaha

  • if people didn't drive like morons, we wouldn't need crash tests. But, even after crash test results... SUV's are still in production :-( we need more cars like this. I'd buy one.

  • Thanks Mr. Crazy Rocker.

  • How fast?

  • @MarioMr09 I think first is the crash test, and after that you can ask how fast... it's just my opinion! :)

  • Isn't this why we got bicycles?

  • Try going uphill now, better off peddling as there is more energy stored in your legs, besides that, it must be hard to steer while you're rowing! Cool bike though!

  • Ok so two things:

    1. Waaaaay too low. What if you fall out?!

    2. No roof? What if it rains? Or snows? Or hails? And if you drive past a puddle you'll get soaked.

I honestly think that it isn't a very good price, for the price of like 3 normal cars you should at least get a roof, right?

  • @kgirlsworld Ok so 2 things:

    1. Do you think this is a new car from a showroom ?

    2. You are stupid.

  • @jordanjcm what does it being from a showroom have to do with it? its just a safety hazard if its so low you can fall out!

  • @jordanjcm what does it being from a showroom have to do with anything? its just a safety hazard to make it so low a person could fall out!

  • @kgirlsworld Very simple. It is not a real car. It is not a real car. it is not a real car. It is showing "technology", not "car saftey". LOL

  • @jordanjcm it is a real car, go to humancar.com and see.

  • Amazing design for a "future without energy" . The power of human eco-energy

  • greaaaaattttt...

  • What is the top speed?

  • its a nice car would you be able to make more so i can buy one

  • Built in Seattle? I'd think you'd have a roof... lol Great job guys, Keep it up!!

  • neat. how much does it cost? where can i get one?

  • Not fast enough for the freeway yet.

  • Very impressive-- human car runs with no gas-- click here, see human dancer uses very little gas.

  • we like

  • Is this really more efficient than 4 people using their legs to peddle like a bicycle? Then you could use your hands just to steer and change gears. Many of the problems people are listing are the same problems that motorcycles have. If it rains you will get wet, if you wreck you will get hurt. It would be easy to make this take a key so nobody could drive off with it. I see it as a toy for now but it will cause people to start thinking. Engineers will think of ways to improve and after 10 year

  • a kuanto va el coche?¿?¿

  • @jritch89 If you get into an accident, the lack of safety features will mean you'll be propelled away from the car and into something softer. Like asphalt.

  • now how kan ppl dislike this that guy is going to change the future

  • Damn I could make this into a low cost taxi so fucking easy

  • wow. its great for the environment and gets you into shape.

  • @BobHylan Yea i know man!!! liberalist

  • ill give you 10k for it cash hit me up

  • No more falling asleep in the car on the way home! you better help daddy truck this thing!

  • imagine if there were 3 other ppl n the car pulling it together....that shit would be so fast!

  • Damn, It sounds like a rocket car :D

  • @ISteelSoldierI lol thats the wind hitting the mic on the camera :D

  • i wonder what the 0 to 60 is

  • @WhiteGangster400 id like to see it go 60

  • lets see him take it on the highway!!

  • hit a deer with this thing

  • an upgrade from the flinstones :D

  • I luv it, but there is no way the big oil companies will allow this to become a reality.

  • umm weres ur license plate, and wouldnt u get robbed if u got to like walmart or a mall... and its like 10 mph in 1 perso i would get car jacked....."grand theft auto"

  • @tbdteeeyeem most people steal cars for whats in them or for what they are worth lol

  • @Arcrux well still i live in new york i mean they would just go for the fun of it it looks cool riding it but i would def take the wheels lmao

  • @tbdteeeyeem i dont think they know what a mall or walmart is

  • @ericktherock watever still i mean shit wen u park it at a big parking lot thats what i mean!!!

  • @tbdteeeyeem you don't need a license plate for vehicles of this nature in most states of the us. Similar to how bicycles do not need license plates

  • u aint doing a burout in that lol

  • what would be the price

  • kinda like spankin' it in a racecar bed!

  • awsome idea if only the oil companys that run the country would allow it to be mass produced.

  • how fast can it go

  • AWESOME........i think it's brilliant...

  • HOW CAN U TURN WITH THAT

  • I wanna see 4 people in this car

  • what about locking the car and theft?

  • @asainmaster197 Garage, either just taking it into the home :D

  • oh my god this is the car i want. take a while seeing as im 15. Is this thing safe? does it have a roof?

  • Sorry to say but this is a fail design, just as effective as the motorized bicycle. Cool hobbie, lame innovation....

  • OMG this thing is awesome idc what people say if they see me driving this i would drive it

  • Top Speed?

  • OMG this is just great!... how much would this car cost to buy?? could you please Write me an e-mail about this jounes_77@hotmail.de i really love this!

    VERY IMPRESSED! GOOD JOB!

  • OMG this is just great!... how much would this car cost to buy?? could you please Write me an e-mail about this jounes_77@hotmail.de i really love this!

    VERY IMPRESSED! GOOD JOB!

  • how fast will it go? i know it depends on muscles but how fast can you get it?

  • @redheadfisher17 115 MPH

  • @naveedboxer hooooooooooooooly cooooooooooow

  • Although this still seems a little bit rough in terms of a marketable product, it is awesome to see people actually working on making advancements that will benefit us all in the long run. Nicely done, keep up the good work! Something like this could actually be fun in the very near future :)

  • OR you could ride a bike.

  • Awesome!

  • iiii looove it =D

  • Imagine all the hippies/Prius owners buying this and all of the sudden they are all ripped, I mean serious muscles.

I will never trade in my Mercedes for any bucket on wheels, and if fuel runs out I'd rather ride a chariot pulled by a fine team of horses. Creative, fun, and it takes brain to make this though.

  • i want 1

  • do you need a drivers license for that?

  • @holycrapitsjesuz Maybe? But then they would have to teach people how to drive that car.

  • I consider this type of views as a way to achieve a probable solution for energy needs in road transportation, however, in the country I live, it has no use or companies will have to install showers in the offices, just because, Lisbon has 7 400meter elevation hills with lots of ups and downs, even 100Hp cars have trouble with them, I don't see me boating to work everyday, but anyway, congrats on the achievment and I believe a "final" solution will be a mix of most the techs being created today.

  • now buy a N.O.S energy drink and see how fast you go

  • Yeah mattthewme23 way to be dumb and not think first.

  • no way in hell i am working my ass off pumping a car to go like 10mph. nice try but really needs more thought. i'de rather use hundreds in gas.

  • genius

  • really nice work if it became public and we should shift for short distances to this drive ....but i have one question that does it require fuel or not??.....

  • Where can u buy it dude it rocks :)

  • I wanna make a car with a horse in a giant hamster treadmill generating electricity for my car behind me after seeing this.

  • Awesome replacement for golf carts and can also be used by the handicap.... and for the rest of us its a great excersize! I just want to know if you got 4 people working on it to go fast can it go on a Highway?

  • Awesome car, something even the handicap will be able to drive and enjoy...... its like a big bike, also looks like a great way to stay fit. Can wait to see the civilian version, also would like to know how I can get a hold of it. Just one question: Can it go on the highway if you got 4 people on it working hard for it too move fast enought???

  • Insane how much distance you get from a short pull, and on the red light starting line it's going to sound like it has a V12 F1 engine under the hood, people will fear me

  • if it starts raining you're screwed

  • top speed?

  • wuv you got into a crash

  • thats stupid

  • Can you imagine how akward it would be at a stoplight? I would look at this retard and cut on my ac and smile about it. Then i would let my seat back just to piss him off. Then role down my window and shout NICE CAR!!! Hows your back. Hows the engine!!WANNA RACE!!!!

  • Looks pretty epic but what if he had 3 more people working this thing...EPIC.

  • How would the production version fair in a harsh Canadian winter?

  • @beayn ya im wondering how that would be sitting in traffic in dallas texas in the middle of august!lol...better have an ice chest!

  • Make this safe (airbags, foot brake, covered) and make the bars easily removable for people who may not want or can't use them (I would NOT make my 97yo grandmother do that) and you might have something viable. I also think the price needs to be a bit lower, which might come after production. 15k is steep. You would still need a regular car along side this one for long trips or pulling a trailer. Plus it would take 10+ years to pay for itself in gasoline saved. (the problem with electric cars)

  • Is there anyway I can order one with a gasoline powered motor? Haha, just kidding. Seriously though, a better investment would probably be to buy a really good recumbent bike for a fraction of the cost of the Human Car. Really cool concept though.

  • Dangerous convertible

  • interesting :)

  • To everyone who says this is unsafe........... wtf dyou think of motorcycles? they have noooooo protection at all and they will fly if they get hit. at least this can have you sitting down and maybe a seat belt so please dont complain about saftey when people are riding around in motorcycles going 60mph in the freeway where if they got hit the would skid about 1 mile plus most likely get run over

  • NICE CAR...!!!!!!!!!

  • dude in all seriousness the for sale model needs to have a radio with premium sound powerd by the car i would buy that people would get bored without it necessity

  • dude in all seriousness the for sale model needs to have a radio with premium sound powerd by the car i would buy that people would get bored without it nessecity

  • This is a great solution to stop poluation! No more gas, no more money spent on gas. But can you answer me one question?

How much do you think it will cost when it's gonna be out? In euros.

  • this is a cool car it dose two things keeps us from wasting fule and gives you a good work out as whell a good way for fat america to lose a few pounds while on there way to work school pick up the kids anything you would take a car to do this is a great car cool.

  • would u be scare ride on freeway at 65 miles per hour with this car?

  • Well, it does NOT look safe..

  • why do teh back seats have the pwer thingys ???? what if you have kids in the back and you need a specific speed limit and the kids start mucking with them bars making you go faster ???

  • @hellwolf09 those bars only charge up the battery, its not directly connected to the powering the wheels

  • I was wondering if it is possible to add some wind powered turbines to the front end of this car that will also generate power for the vehicle as the vehicle is moving?

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, I don't know jack about this sort of stuff. :)

  • @JocularINC that would add resistance to moving the car. due to losses in transmission it would take more work in than would be returned out.

  • This is fucking awesome. I want one!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this thing surely isn't, and can't, go faster than 5-10 miles per hour surely?

  • As you can clearly see, it goes downhill most of the time..... What about hills up????

  • I think this is fan-freaking-tastic! Think about it.. it's a car, but a work-out too.. people are so lazy these days, hop in their car just to go a few blocks. Not only is this good for the environment, but good for your body! I love it! Though, I hope it will have storage capacity for groceries for a family, and a seat for someone with a baby without the bars moving back and forth, might entertain a baby or freak them out.. hehe. Great car, do doubt!

  • $15500 too expensive for me. Hand made, I understand.

Should be less than $3000 in mass productio
