I can't understand why some people are so harsh & critical. No perfect country, laws, system & people exist! Travelling to many countries has helped me to appreciate the govt & nation despite the flaws. Instead of critical & negative comments, why not think of solutions and how to help? To the nation's harsh critics, may I invite them to go to a country that makes them happy, and one that's perfect for them so that they won't be so pent-up & frustrated & they can be happy & positive? S'poreans are fortunate they're not starving today like people in many mismanaged by huge & resource-rich countries. We have one of the highest standard of living in the world. Any fool knows S'pore has neither natural resources nor the economies of scale to make it happen. Singapore's indeed a miracle! We're not going throw all these away just because some idiots tell us to so. Thank you Minister Mentor Lee! S'poreans must never forget the source of their life spring.
