You don't buy the engine. It belongs to the company.

But you can buy crysis and use the Crytek 2 editor in it.

You have to send an application for them to review, detailing your needs and purpose. And then they will tell you their price directly.

But I'm going to assume it's over $300,000 for the full SDK package with license.

(An Unreal3 engine licence is around $350,000).

I noticed that its kinda hard to get in touch wiv Crytek, but wiv Unreal u hav to b a company and it is easy to get in touch, if ur not a heavy company then they will ask u few questions about ur base and fundings. There are so many Engines out there, i think these two are the best.

This engine is absolutely beautiful and was made to be easier to learn than most engines. For the magnitude of the graphics, the engine is surprisingly easy to learn.

i think this is perhaps because it was originally designed with architectural uses in mind, so people could see, accurately, what something they wanted to build would look like.
