I know he's eager to get out of the tub, there is no question there. I had a shit-zu, and after I washed him in the bath, I would go get a blow dryer and a towel to dry him off. While I did that, he would always cry just like that, except the Chewbacca sounds and he was more high pitched, small dog vs. big dog.
