  • thumbs up if u came here from saints rose the third

  • fuckin memories

  • I would say saints row or gta vice city stories brought me here but lifes wat u make it brought me here

  • Some interpret this song to be about animal rights, and the lyrics can certainly be interpreted that way.

  • The song is good. Animals are good to have in a video but the concept of the whole video may be a little bit strange.

  • @thehappyfungirl It was the 80's man, you dont know the half of it. lol

  • Wow. I've never seen this video before, but now that I have, I'm pretty sure this guy is into bestiality. Creepy Brit...

  • @yellow 1 ops- Are you an idiot???

  • @wentover1 No,how about you ?

  • vevo can fuck off

  • Talk Talk brought me here...not some stupid ass game...

  • @robwheelut what game? i know this song from playing atari 2600.

  • i think this video tries to explain something more i mean look all the signs in here , eagles reptiles the black things that makes figures like eyes and stuff covering his mouth , he looks sad like if he knows something he cant tell , i actually think is a way to explain people what is going on in earth anunnakis illuminatis the way theyre controlling us the way theyre killing us :/

  • @aztralboy parsimony and paranoia do not work good together.

I recommend you stop attributing every meaning of a song to the protest of the illuminati.

what is the illuminati is just a double bluff to diver our attention from the real enemy.

our own government and their anticonstitutional ways of dealing with laws and matters.

  • Perfect for Wednesdays...

  • FUCK VEVO

  • @gloriakenny VEVO is what allows you to listen music for free. And it won't last. Just think about what happens with megaupload and stuff, and stop being so irrelevant.

  • @Rainette86 oh really, no, it just makes it easier of access, because I can still get music for free of the pirate bay.

agree with you on the megaupload matter. very sad

fuck vevo, because it displayed 5 times before playing the actual video, if it only did it once.... then I wouldn't be complaining.

  • @gloriakenny Plus this is emimusic Not vevo

  • @yellow1ops dude wtf are you talking about I just got bombarded by 5 vevo ads, and a vevo mobil bar code right on the side.

advertisements should not be enforced, here is why

    1. one big company decides to make money out of our daily use of the internet by claiming copyright trends which are not even legal.

    2. Copyright international laws only benefit the contributor, not us.

in radios we hear 15 min of ads, this is not a fucking radio is the internet and should be free of dumb shit like this.

  • @gloriakenny

Get Adblock Plus for firefox, bro. It blocks ALL ads on youtube.

  • @Iplay2win thanks for the advise =)

however I already have adblock and I am using chrome

  • Just goes to show that the ORIGINALS are oftentimes the BEST! ;)

  • wow didn't know this was an 80's song. how amazing is that? love talk talk's song lifes what you make it as well

  • i dont get it

  • yep, were all kept animals in the zoo if we can't freely voice our opinion because of some copyright lawsuit over some financial assets.. ;)

  • No, VEVO, we aren't interested in Nicki Minaj!

  • This number is great but the cover Bon Jovi made from it is awesome as well

  • For all these years, I thought No Doubt's version was an original. Never knew it was a cover of an 80s song. My mind is blown!

  • are these blokes aussie?

  • @TejanoDream

    No, English

  • @TejanoDream british from London

  • Hands up if you ever saw them perform this live?

  • Thats numberwang !!!

  • its also in GTA VCS

  • I believe this was the first music video where the artists don't sing along with the lyrics.

  • This is truly a great amongst 80's/90's songs. I love it and there were so many brilliant songs from this period, too many to list but try wishful thinking by China Crisis to start with.

  • I don't know which version i like better. This or the Gwen Stefani version.

  • @sakonhagakure O.o...Shirley ye jest....

  • @sakonhagakure Talk Talk's Version Kicks the SHIT out of Gwen Stefani's Butchering Of This Classic 80s hit..................................

  • @bruinswinthecup2011 The Video Also Kicks Ass.

  • XooIVisual you are not alone! in 1984 I was 18 years old , this was one of most played song on MTV, I remember when MTV was just made of videos playing 24/7 one hit song after the other non stop, it was great, I am a typical product of the MTV generation, even though pop music was great back then I have no nostalgia for the 80's I much rather go back to the 90's.

  • video games didn't bring me here. i just know good music.

  • :)

  • I just LOVE 80's music SO much!!!

  • When I go to the zoo, the animals sit on their asses and hide in their caves. They must have been told before the filming of this video that they would be on TV. That baby elephant was so ecstatic he jumped over the enclosure to steal the spotlight from Hollis.

  • this is my theme song i grew up listening to it

  • But VCS brought me here.

  • thumbs up if youve got 2 thumbs

  • u know i used to think it was gwen stafani who sang this, saints row clarified for me that she didnt

  • I wonder how many people here were actually old enough to remember or even alive for that matter when this song first came out.

  • White Chicks brought me here

  • half the world prob thinks that its no doubt song. annoying

  • yeh, its on saints row.....but i've always liked this song

  • @bigbigjoeD Yes it is! So is Saints Row the Third...just saying.

  • efeito estufa!!! enqto estiver com o rei na barriga! quem se pré_ocupa" escola 360º

  • alone in a car fantastic

  • Ah,listening to this in the ole car radio.

    Gives me the chills!

  • Fuck all the Saints Row 3 fanboys.

GTA Vice City Stories (FLASH FM) brought ME here.

  • i love the nature in this video, pure and unspoiled, the way that God intended it to be!

  • Wicked base riff !!

  • This song's awesomeness isn't disputable, but the video's pretty anticlimactic. I imagine the pitch... "Yeah, we're going to go out and shoot some nature footage, some stuff that National Geographic wouldn't use. Every once in a while you'll be standing there with some animal. No, you don't have to do anything. No, you don't have to lip sync. It might be chilly, bring a coat."

  • @Dj3lite STFU and stop feeling so special about yourself.

  • @ROB0TKILLER like i said ... ITS MY LIFE!

  • @Dj3lite I heard this song back then when I was a little kid. so yea SR3 brought me here, but I used to listen to this song a lot.

some of this games bring back memories specially with old song, so is not such a bad thing either mate peace.

  • @Dj3lite It is a true classic and I was alive when it originally came out and guess what? Saints Row reminded me and brought me back here. Don't hate on people cause Saints Row brought them here. Be glad they found this no matter how they found it.

  • @sabrewulfdante i agree, one of my good old bands, i saw them live in a combined concert with sade in the 80's and it was one of the most memoriable things in the world. Did i like her version, yes, but it only made me remeber talk talk

  • @Dj3lite What a nice vocabulary for a 15 yo kid.

  • loved this when it came out and still love it now :)

  • GOD LOVE THIS TUNE!!!!!!!!

  • This, and We Run by Strange Advance are 2 of the very best...

  • When this came out, I was sure it was Brian Ferry sourced or Roxy Music themselves...Excellent song...

  • Shuttup. I remember hearing this on GTA VICE CITY STORIES<3 fuck saints row. that piece of shit.

  • Fuck you emimusic !!!

  • still brilliant

  • The singer sounds alot like Steffan Bonnar from UFC.

  • regras..ufc...

  • One of the best from the 80's! Way, way far better than No Doubt's version. They had no business or right "attempting" to re-do this song. This song is best left alone. Shame on them!!!!

  • Un exelente clásico.

  • mickeymousebiker1: You are right on...this sounds A LOT like Roxy Music...when it came out, I thought it was them. I also thought "Don't You Forget About Me" by Simple Minds was Billy Idol when I first heard it.

  • That's what I call perfection!

  • like this if saints row the third took you here :)

  • Maybe this song want to tell os that; Animals have the exact same rights to decide and be masters of their own lives, as humans. But the "human being" constantly stops their own free willing to live, by putting these "wild animals" into these zoos, where they don't have the same development opportunities as in the wild nature, where they actually were ment an born to be/stay.

  • @LetUsShineTogether Yet, isn't it so beautiful 2 know that our Heavenly Father, known as God; created such a vast yet complex animal kingdom here on earth. Therefore, he also created the most powerful intellectually superior animal, known as "Man" to rule & govern over all the wild beast of this planet. Yet, mankinds biggest problem is not the wildlife of the earth but getting along with his fellow man all over the earth. Think about it?

  • @therealraybaby you have got to be kidding. if not, get a grip you ignorant, arrogant fucking coward.

  • @therealraybaby and women was ment to serve man also right? go pray to your man in the sky and ask for a brain.

  • @omnibusification LOL LOL! Wow, I haven't had a good laugh like dat in a long time. THANKS! That felt really good! But seriously, I didn't say i was religious. Although I'm extremely spiritual. And no, I don't believe a woman was meant 2 serve man either. I realize now that you are simply not on my intellectual level of understanding so i won't press the issue. Now it's my turn 2 joke! How about u go 2 dat zoo u were talkin bout & lock urself up in it & throw away da key, ya stupid bitch!! LOL

  • 1-16-2012. Nifty, nifty, look who's 50. Happy Birthday, Paul Webb. I'll join you in July (at 50, that is).

  • the songs so good that i cant even complain about the wierd animal video.

  • This song has always reminded me of something by Roxy Music. This is a great tune, all-around. I had a near-fatal heart-attack on Sept. 3, 2005 (the same day hurricane Katrina made landfall). When I was in ICU, I told the attending cardiologist -- "I'm one tough hombre -- it's my life, don't you forget it."

  • it's funny how I found myself in love with you

  • awesome song.

  • 动物世界配乐。。。

  • thumbs up if your here because you heard this on saints row 3

  • Talk Talk = Perfect music...Nuff said..

  • é uma musica gostosa de ouvir, da pra imaginar, numa estrada viajando.......

  • The video inspired Golden (Western Publishing Company) to manufacture a girly parlor game in 1989.

  • i want this song to never end

  • No doubt brought me here

  • My sister asked me once to draw a picture for her of a guy on a beach surrounded by starfish. I listened to this song over and over as I worked because it seemed to evoke that feeling. I never saw the video for this until looking up the song here on youtube and was really overwhelmed by the video's imagery.

  • One of my favourite 80s tracks.

Shocked that it only peaked to No.16 in the UK charts.

  • awesome

  • thumbs up if saints row the third brought u here

  • It's a Flock Of Seagulls...

    Wait...

    Yes

  • @NegativeNumbers427 no, it's the rains in africa

  • Great song, I referenced it in my blog post

ES MI VIDA, MI AMOR Y SU MUJER, ELLA...

ES MI VIDA, MI SENTIR Y SU ESPIRITU, yo...

ES MI VIDA, MIS AMISTADES Y SU BIEN, EN BUENOS AMIGOS Y AMIGAS...

ES MI VIDA, UN AMOR DEL SENTIR EN AMISTADES Y MI MUJER CON MI ESPIRITU Y SU BIEN...

  • (1ª Parte.)

  • one of the 80s treasures. Excellent music!

  • i love killing kilbanes gang in my car 2 this song :)

  • this video is a jedi because it has a green lightsaber

  • Inestimably brilliant song, one of the greatest pop songs from the 80's.

I love the tired melancholic hopeful yearning in his singing and the upbeat cheerful synths, makes me soar just to hear it.

  • Saints Row The Third :D

  • @volcomfan677 Saints Row The Third FTW!

  • Great song

  • old times

  • Free 4 animals, Jail 4 politicians.

  • Damn prisons, we must free the animals.

  • damn i wish i lived in the 80's

  • @jben7070 well I was a kid and in elementary school during 80s and I never got enough about that music. Also becouse of the phenomen that 80s music was spreading very regionally I am still discovering totally unknown artists (to me) in 80s music, 20 years later. Its very usual. For example 2..5 italo and 80s hits were wellknown on every "thebestof" in one state, while on other state they have other "thebestof"). Someons says "best about 80s is that they are over",but I want to be there

  • Here's a revelation - most pop groups of the 70's and 80's were technically better (beit singing or musicianship) because they were trained musicians. They acutally knew what they were doing. Today we have talentless desspots giving interviews...passing themselves off as musical genuises. I dont believe for 1 second they had any input in the song writing process. I love it when they give heart felt stories saying the lyrics 'came from the heart'. BULLSHIT BULLSHIT BULLSHIT.

  • @DIGITALSCREAMS I agree. And even though, more and more, the producers and labels started taking over "music" in the late '80s and not looking back, there still was a balance between artistry and commercialism prior to the producer/label takeover. Nowadays that balance is almost 100 percent gone. Whereas the artists back two decades ago and earlier knew how to play instruments, compose music and write good lyrics, newer groups today are just pawns. And the masses buy it up.

  • Fuck autotune

  • a quintessential song from the 80's.

  • the originals are largely better then they copies lol

  • @eminemdrehybrid I'm quite lucky that I havent heard most of the copys. the copy about that I have heard and well...leaves me cold. its good if original artists will get their fee about it too still now. :)

  • i love this music!!80s best

  • This made music good and 2011-2012 was the rap from hell

  • No Doubt this is the original version and will always be the best haha!!

  • @catgirl6717 lol this is actually the the original...

  • @catgirl6717 well, thats original. You can get this understanding becouse how it sounds if not otherwise. Get the whole album of talk talk and check the year. ;-) The newer copycats of this are much shinier and sharper, crisper sounding and louder, also the copys, so that one here is the original becouse its not so "agressively compressed".

  • Boobs : )

  • Man this song is fine as hell XD

  • "Por incrivél que pareça," estes animais são os maiores respeitadores da natureza e dos seres vivos, mereçem o titulo de animais Racionais, segundo a Lei da selva.

  • ótima música , curti essa banda !!

  • Watching animals in a zoo is one of the most depressing things ever.

  • @Soralella71 when u think about it like that, yep it is.. I'd love to see these clips in nothing but pure nature.. that would be zoo coolll :)

  • @Soralella71 Yes, it must be awful to see animals living comfortably that would otherwise be facing extinction from poaching, loss of habitat and pest control in other countries. Just enjoy the music dude.

  • @Soralella71 I agree with you, but if the animals in the wild vanished day by day by some random money lovers, for their fur or whatever, hence animals maybe are safe in the zoo. Of course I'm talking about good zoo, and believe it or not, many animals are having good time in the zoo, and the people working in the zoo the love them.

  • @Soralella71 EVER? It's really depressing that you actually believe that.

  • @Soralella71

    unless your rolf harris

  • @footballelmaestro123 they own Rolf Harris!?

  • the 80's were the last bastiun of talent in the music world.

  • @oldbbaldone34 I use to say the same thing, then I noticed the problem this generation. Our generation is saturated with accessibility to get your music out there whether is good or not. The good music gets buried under tins of garbage.

  • The ultimate ice skating song.

  • The originals are always best! 80s classic greatness! LOL whats witht he African animals and high tech CGI!?
