I WAS AT THAT SHOW AND SHAUN HAD COLLAPSED FROM BINGE DRINKING AND DOING OTHER SHIT FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT. LOW BLOOD SUGAR OR A 24 HR FLU MY ASS-THAT WAS A COVERUP.. I WAS TOLD THAT NIGHT BY PALLADIUM STAFF(A FEW OF MY FRIENDS WORKED STAFF/SECURITY) THAT HE WAS HEAVILY INTOXICATED AND HAD A POSSIBLE OD AND DUE TO THAT EVERYONE WOULD BE REFUNDED-BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED. STILL PISSED!

And the ticket company indicated "the band needs to get paid; it does not indicate in the contract how long they have to play, as long as they play". Sounds like money is more important from that. I went to see Seether and they played 3.3 songs. Flyleaf, I am sorry, really sucked. The mike was to close to her mouth, the PA to loud, and she and the guitar player were jumping and twirling like they were on acid. You are not going to get your money back, nor are they rescheduling. I have been calling since the Monday (12) and I was finally told yesterday that money is more important than the fans, so we were all screwed. I have lost all respect for Seether. They probably took bad drugs

You can't get a refund because they actually tried to play. They didn't cancel, if they did, then you might be able to get one. But they actually tried to play. You're probably making up what they said. It's a shame enough that you care more about YOUR PARENTS' money than the band, but now you're going to say that they were on drugs? @tonybob70 DUDE WAS KILLAH WASTED AND THAT IS WHAT REALLY HAPPENED.. I WAS AT THE SHOW-IT WAS OBVIOUS THE SECOND HE WALKED ON STAGE. PISSED CAUSE TICKETS NEVER GOT REFUNDED AND I HAD TO SIT THROUGH FLYLEAF AND GET CRUSHED-KICKED IN THE FACE AND ELBOWED BY A SHITLOAD OF CROWD SURFERS.

According to the official Web site, Shaun had a really bad 24-hour virus. Another person heard from WAAF that it was a combo of exhaustion/low blood sugar/anxiety. He had been out partying late the night before. I believe either one, my family once had a stomach virus (that I didn't catch) that left them totally helpless. I've experienced similar exhaustion symptoms even last night (though not nearly that bad).

Important thing is, he's out of the hospital, doing better and resting :)
