I love this movie! I just have 2 minor beefs with it. 1) Frank Castle would not have ridden his motorcycle into the funhouse! Yeah.....great way to announce your presence to the bad guys there buddy, he would have used a little more stealth. And Frank Castle wouldn't have turned down the body armour before the big climactic gunfight at the end...yeah, he's macho, but not stupid. But other than that, love this movie, if for no other reason than that it is what introduced me to the Punisher
