Believe it or not, this "peasant" dish as many would call it has TOO MANY ways to make nowadays. Personally, I already learned 4 different ways from 4 different head chef uncles in my family. For example, if you're making it the traditional way, add about 2 tablespoons of ketchup along with 1-2 finely chopped garlic just before you take it off the heat, it'll add an aroma and flavor that is VERY attractive for kids, try it and see how it works. ^_^

看您做的这道菜是比较根据传统的番茄炒蛋。不过下次您可以试一下起锅之前,加点番茄酱和蒜末。我说的这种是通常做给小孩子的,出锅后会有一点蒜香味,而且吃起来有点偏甜。
