Many people I play with use this, but I can't find it anywhere. Is it in a format such as a book or anything similar? If so, where can I find it?

@zombiefail741021 ,they are in a technical studies book Entitled "Technical Studies for the Cornet" by H. L. Clark.

Ok, now go back and do it in EVERY mode. If you haven't done it before you will become very upset. rinse and repeat and soon it will be as awesome as major patterns :)
