i have a similar shape face to hers and throughout my life I've been both normal, not eating enough, and eating too much.. all I can say is..

it's the kind of face that looks good in normal light but when overweight suffers from flash photography highlighting all the wrong things and making it look like shrek.. so I look terrible in photos, but fine in real life..

Its sad that people drive themselves to anorexia/etc just to look good in a photo, when in natural light theyre much more beautiful
