Hearing her get help for doing this and having an eating disorder made me think why i did it in the first place! She is a good inspiration. Not a bad one. When i heard she was i thought it wasen't true. But years later when it was acually true and heard she cutted and went into treatment i stopped."

Tell your kids the truth but don't tell them ALL the gorey details. For example, talk to them about bullying. Funny how when demi was on the show all the ladies where so nice to her and wen shes not on they turn into shit talking bitches! Kids are not stupid...u seriously think they will go n cut themselves?Its called caring! the kids have an idol.The idol is in treatment. You know what you tell your kids? That life isn't always easy. That hard things happen. And you tell your kids that these things happen to people like Demi too. And you tell them that sometimes when you have these problems people need to get help, which is exactly what Demi did, and that Demi did right by it.
