can you use this technique using something other than nail polish tinner?

@cupcakegurl1216 If you use acrylic paint as the splatter then you can use water, but if you're using nail polish as the splatter, then probably not. Though I suppose the only way to know would be research, or trial and error!

that's wasting nail polish u can just use a dotting tool and dot all about on the nail and create little ends wit a toothpick for the splash.but i still like it just a suggestion ok.

@pikaluv8 there's a tutorial by cutepolish but basically you just paint your nails white and have them completely dry. then dip your entire nail into rubbing alochol and take a newspaper and hold it down on your nail for 10-15 seconds and slowly take off and there ya go ;D

I love how people always think thinner=remover. Remover will destroy the nail polish, and mixing it with the polish then putting it on your nail won't work. Just use thinner. It's cheaper and not hard to find at all.
