  • Incredible footage! Music is perfect! BRAVO!!!!

  • I've seen mantises at Disneyland's Thunder Ranch [Anaheim].

  • whats praying mantis season like when they come around? i heard August-October is that true??

  • Fuck Kung fu,

Its all About Kickboxing and Brizilian Jiu Jitsu =DD

  • the praying mantis is an cool creature, i train Kung fu (Gong fu) and my favorite is the Praying mantis (tonglong) and snake (Se or So)

  • bee's relate to litterally 3 fourths of things we need in this world to survive.

If we killed ALL insects, we'd all be dead...

  • @azyisawes0m3 same as if we killed all snakes and spiders

  • Why?

Are you AFRAID of those little bugs?

Imagine a world without bugs: no honey, plants wouldn't pollinate (Causing massive loss in CO2), there wouldn't be anything to clean up dead animals, and so much more

I'm sure if bugs were more intelligent, they would wish humans dead, because the world really would be better off without us.

  • You're one of the few intelligent people commenting about bugs anywhere on YT!!!! I'm amazed and saddened by how many morons there are on this site. I have a popular Potato Bug vid where 1 in 50 comments are smart.

  • if you killed all the insects you would kill all the animals that depend on them like birds, snakes, some fish, lizards... the list goes on and on.

  • ... If we kill all the bugs.. How the hell will the plants decay properly and turn into soil? And without good soil, then how can Trees and plants get the proper nutrients? Without proper nutrients they wilt and die. Now think.

    No trees?

    No Oxygen.

    No Life.

    Everything is woven together.

And think about this: Butterflies and bees pollinate trees and plants to reproduce. ¬.¬ Think deeper about these things before you spew such idiotic nonsense. Bugs don't take up that much oxygen anyway.

  • ok, no. Kill all mosquitoes, and the world would be a better place. end of story.

  • ;;

    It's a delicate cycle.

    A Chain reaction would occur.

That is the end of story.

  • WRONG. Tell me the use of mosquitoes, oh, is that silence I hear? I WIN.

  • Is that Idiocy I hear?

Mosquitoes are nuisances, I understand that, but they are food to certain animals. Get rid of them and spiders and frogs won't have a lot to eat. If Frogs and spiders thin out, then the birds and other animals that prey on them will think out too. I'm just giving a few examples of animals that would be affected. There would be others.

I also agree that we could thin them out, but not get rid of them. Go back to biology class and learn a thing or two. ^__^

  • Ahah, Typo. It's supposed to say thin, not think. XP

  • this video is cool ... i just got one eating a daddy long leg spider on my porch but yours is better... looks like he had a good meal

  • lol every night when i go out front, there is a praying mantis, lol jsut last night a mantis and a huge ass dragon fly were there..i kept em both

  • The praying mantis are cool!!

  • accually the "potato" bug is accually called a "wood" bug because you find them in wood and in older logs on the ground. and the praying mantis eats its prey head first to avoid a surprise attack.

  • Actually, the head first thing is a bit of a misknowner, I've kept mantises for a while, and the eating head first thing is not purposeful, the mantis eats the first thing into its mouth.

  • dou know where i can buy one in england rothwell leeds

  • smart

  • i love my praying mantis

he is rollin in at about 5 inches long

  • jesus that thing is huge what species?

  • chineese, but it was pretty average. Ive seen bigger chineese ones like on my door step in 4th grade

  • hey you i want a mantis but i dont know where to buy them, find them and so on. so if you can help me out with any and all info on it, that would be great.

  • You can order egg cases online, and raise a baby, or you could look for one...most of the time they are very hard to find though :P Maybe they would be in a field on a warm summer day? They can be anywhere really..

  • dude eaten alive must suck in sooooo bad. lol the song is funny for this vid
