its built by HTC and not by O2, they just sell it... right now here in Germany we got the Diamond 2.

Good review - thanks, just one thing...

Perhaps the most important function of a phone is the ability to type and enter data. For example sending a text message or email. Yet I didn't see any text being entered in this video.

Works great if you've got Outlook and you're synching everything. Very minimal contact management required if you've got this setup.

Yup. The default HTC theme is black. The blue one is the one o2 in the UK have branded with their devices. You can also set it back to normal windows mobile mode from MS.
