2 years, right after Apple released Macbook air. The way it opens - weird and very inconvenient. Who came up with this? Btw, even the video looks like the one, where Apple engineers talk about Macbook Air.

thin notebooks are useless piece of trash! How about invent the guiness book of record thinnest notebook, so thin that is hasnt hv mother board on it.
Okay design..Nice and thin yet the stance is different to your everyday notebook sold worldwide today. But I guess it was done this way for correct sitting postures. Other than that.. running Microsoft's amazing Windows 7 operating system coupled with specifications complimenting performance I think this is really not a bad machine at all.Way to go Dell!
all you haters are noobs, y don't you try designing a masterpiece like this and bring it to the market? all you do is sit at your fat couch and eat yourself to death.
if not for apple we'll never have all these innovations
you ask why? simply introducing competition into the consumer market we now have great technology available to the general public, not just the corrupt governments by tens of companies, and this is not the end, good product by the way DELL, i like the ADAMO XPS, it's unique

what a LIAR 'this laptop will be able to do everything which you can do on a PC' what with a 1.4ghz processor?? Yeah right!!

no offence, but y does a 13 inch notebook have a footprint of 17 inch??
and magnetic latch isint finger print recognition, so wat is the point??
and $1700 for 1.4 ghz compared to macbook air's $1200 for 2.3 ghz.
the only things thats good about it is the memory, replaceable battery and tilted keyboard that doesnt make ur lap hot.
i gues its 4gb memory and an extra usb port than macbook air is all it need to sell.

i also like Apple for starting this whole thing, with the macbooks, the ipods, the iphones.... great products.
expect a drop in price from Apple, and also Dell, Sony and Hp, cause now it's all about who's got the lowest price for the same features

A few potential issues I see:
1. The way it stands looks unstable. If you apply a little bit too much force to the keyboard will the screen not fall backward?
2. Looks uncomfortable on your lap.
3. Metal keys? Unnatural but ok.
4. 2 1/2 hours of battery life? Weak

@BrunoApple94 For a person who has "Apple" in his/her username, I am not surprised.
