Are you guys for real? We spend money with you you can't fix the problem and you now won't answer the phone! If you can't fix the proble fine, but refund our money.
I will tell evey shop I know not to deal with you ! A good technician knows when their wrong and will admit it, you just avoid the situation. Why can't you tell us what you fixed ? If I fix a car I can certainly tell my customer what I repaired.
