I lived in Charlotte for 10 years, and just recently moved away in Januar 7. I know exactly what you mean. The club scene has much to be desired. I'm not sure if that hole in the wall you're referring to is "The Nickel Bar" which i believe is black owned, but the experience could definitely be "beefed up" a little more.....As for dresscode - I hated that too, must wear shirts w/ collars and no tennis shoes, that usually counted me out everytime b/c i am a major sneaker-head. GREAT VIDEO!
@jesheppa You got it. That is the name of that bar. But yeah, this city is really funny. I am really limited to the places I can hang out at. Hopefully I will not be in Charlotte that long. LOL
Dress which way? I didn't feel a dress code oppression the few times I have gone out in Charlotte. (It was what it was...after NY...I mean, come on...LOL)
