the best place to EV train attack is seaking by mt.silver they appear 95% the time they give 2 EVs and better since they appear almost everytime

@DeadSkullFace No. Benefit their best stat(s), and pick a nature that boosts their best stat and that degrades a stat they don't need (e.g Adamant Scyther raises Attack, but lowers Special Attack, which is useless to a Scyther).

@tanner1467 Very simple basically EV stands for Effort Value, each time you beat a pokemon (which has its individiual EV) it will add 2 ur stat when u lvl up. Like Slowpoke has +1 Hp so it gives u +1Hp, its helps alot in WiFi Battling but you can only get up to 252 EV per stat and 500 in total :D

@NintendoGamerX24 Goldeen and Seaking works in the route right above Celadon City as well--the water right next to the Bridge has a 100% chance of seeing either Goldeen or Seaking-- just be aware that Seaking gives 2 attack EVs.

Guys Seakings in Mt. Silver on the second floor PWNZ 2 att EVs one kill 95% chance of a Seaking appearing xD and if not Goldeen which is 1 att Ev so that is the best Ev training spot for Att. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT TIP ON EV TRAINING :P
