I live in Ashkelon.I was here of course all through cast lead. I remember just in one day we had about 15 air raids. I think there was nothing else that could be done but send in the IDF. NO ONE complained... It IS a lot quieter now...but we all know ''they are'' stockpiling for the next round...
BTW, re previous comments - I also prefer- if one could say that! - the siren, because I find the woman saying zeva adom actually more alarming than the siren.
They tried Tzeva Adom here but none of the people could hear it, so the rockets would slam down and no one knew they were coming. Whereas with the siren, you KNOW something is coming! Go to any of my older posts and you can faintly hear the Tzeva Adom but on the newer stuff there is no problem hearing the siren, which I rather like :-)
Would you rather hear the sirens or would you rather hear "Tzeva Adom"? I'd much rather hear Tzeva Adom. Because the sirens sounds like emergency vehicles. Keep up the living and vlogging! :D

do you know if the playground in ashkelon that was recently built about a year ago is okay?

I believe so, haven't heard any reports of anything landing on it. A house nearby though was hit tonight, no one was seriously hurt.

Thanks man! I know that this may not be as "exciting" as the other one but for those of us here today with 9 or so attacks, each one is "exciting"!
