i'm no good player myself, but i would not reccomend using the charged shoot on its own too often. its slow, and its easy to evade, not having as much of a blast rasius like virtues shit does. it would be nice to use in a combo though

@xe7rut In my opinion, the charged shot should not be used in a combo, because that would reduce the hit-count. Although I admit it is slow, you can actually speed it up a little by first transforming into reborns cannon first. If you miss, you can always next dash away. The charge shot is only a lucky shot when battling players- you can't rely on it, but doing it once in a while makes you happy and does some extra damage.

@KeatonKB well i guess you can be right. it definitely makes me happy :)

but ive seen some good players chain combos with the reborns, using the charge shot at the end of the combo, or when the target indicator is yellow, so that the hit lands just as the enemy stands up again. dont know about you, but i think thats quite good for chaining.

@xe7rut I see your point. It's just that I prefer not to, 'cause everyone's style is different. But take this as a tip: don't use the charge cannon when the enemy's down. If they flip backwards to get up, the shot won't hit them, and you'll be open for them to attack. The only attacks that should be shot when others are down are Virtue's charge shot, X/ DX's moon cannon, and nuclear missile/ bombs (which I recommend using only when enemies are down)

@xe7rut Yes, but don't forget that :

1.you can run out of boost (except if you play on infinite boost)

2. there is a few seconds gap when the camera pans to see you shoot- you can't see if the enemy is attacking, and

3 the beam can actually get in your line of sight, so you can't see the enemy if he's behind the beam =P
