  • Maybe instead of the vanilla extract add some whey protein vanilla flavor LOL

  • Can I share this with my 10 year old brother?

  • This is a great recipe. It's a little wetter than normal pancakes. It's like soggy french toast rather than a fluffy pancake. I do not consider this to be a bad thing as it means you don't need syrup or butter on top. It's a good way to get a high protein breakfast without resorting to omelets or protein powders. I usually make a half batch and a glass of milk. 700 calories and over 50g protein. Actually, I'm gonna go make a full batch right now. Post workout and all that. thanks for posting.

  • thank god a recipe without whey

  • If I made your recipes for my boyfriend (who is not a body builder but very active at work), would this still help him to lose fat and gain muscle? Or would you suggest something else for me to help him get in better shape? (mostly lose fat)

  • @CellarDoor367 ya dont feed him pancakes

  • good idea. but its too difficult 4 me

  • i think 1 teaspoon of cardamon is too much! Also in the list of ingredients at the end you left out the vanilla extract. other than that they were pretty good.

  • To begin with I am a great fan of you! You have really made my life easier with the chicken sandwich, protein spread and the protein latté. But here you failed... Tastes like crap...

  • How long can it be in the fridge?

  • holy crap how am i gonna remember all those ingredients without this vid!

  • there is a lot of variety on the protein pancake... here is my spin on it:

    1 cup egg whites

1 cup cottage cheese (low/no fat)

    1 cup oatmeal (not instant)

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    1/2 tsp cinnamon

All ingredients in a blender... med to high speed for a minute or so.

pour out batter in a pan or a griddle sprayed with pam

garnish with fresh berries, and sugar-free syrop

  • These look really good. Just got some cottage cheese and im giong to try this tomorrow. anyone got any advice?

  • Nice job Scott. Editing is getting better. Easy to follow. When are yiu going to post more exercise videos?

  • I just made few of these and I must tell you that it was delicious. Great recipe!

  • great video

  • you should make more recipies videos, they are very delicious.

  • u look....very yellow

  • i was expecting you to put protien powder for the extra protein. but this is way better cuz its cheaper and much more healthier. than some supplement

  • ahhhh...you gotta start coming up with more of these things
