  • Give full attention to the story that you believe to be the source of your suffering. Now see your suffering story as it really is at its center… as flowing energy of conscious awareness... rather than just continuing to see your story as your fixed in place, solid as a rock... viewpoint or belief. All viewpoints or beliefs are at their heart... awareness in the form of flowing energy.

  • reading the tonality ccomment made me realize how my codependency and my abandonment issues as a child play out in rel. w/ men. my voice is often so much lower, meeker, not the annoying baby talk but almost a feined sweetness of a child. the kindness is real- the need is real- the voice- is that merely playing out the child desperately searching for love? or must we account forall our tones as part of who we "really" are-

  • nice, a lot of people can defeat their pain and change to like when they were innocent children but the difference is when you're a child you do abstraction to everything happening around, you have your own word but when you grow up you're more interacting with the environment. you leave the childhood world!! and that's sad....i have a lot to tell..!!

  • Thank you.

U R beautiful inside and out, please keep speaking the truth...

  • You're a demented psycho.

Also, why would anyone want to buy an "empathetic" tarot card reading from the same person that made fun of a girl's suicide just two days after the fact??? That's like paying for tips on inner peace from Hitler.

You're a disgusting hypocritical scam artist...

  • well i for one think these videos are amazing >.> she is just expressing her point of view.

    and i like it :)

  • Who you are? People who think it's funny to make fun of people who have lost their lives to suicide. Your videos ARE NOT FUNNY! TACKY MUCH?!?!?!?

  • 13:48?

  • when she fell over because of the spider I thought of when i was in grade school class drawing a spider's web. Then she got back up and said "we're here to...connect". And I thought of how we call the internet "the web", 'cause we're all "connected". :)

  • I read a case study about a woman who was in therapy and she said the tone of her voice changed when she was alone with her therapist: it became deeper and more serious. She said that this felt like the "real" her. :-)

  • Je n'ai pas tout compris, mais j'ai été séduit par le timbre de cette voix de velours

  • L'enfer, c'est les autres.

    Hell is other people. :-)

    Loving your work Amanda.

  • Thank you for this, Amanda! i am smiling a smile you helped create :-)

  • Hi Amanda, you were cute like a little girl being frightened by the spider. You seem to have a very different opinion from a lot of people who believe we bring baggage into this life rather than as you say, we are born a clean slate. I'm not sure. Also, I can only see your comments here, except for a couple added within the past 5 min. I wonder what does a spider symbolize? I have long term spider friends in my windowsills and let the bugs in on purpose to be sure they have enough to eat.

  • Gracias por compartirlo...!!!!!

  • Work it out Amanda - you can do it. Good self therapy. I don't mean that to be or sound condescending - but we all do what we have to do - and in the universe all is well - all is at it should be - for even if it isn't we're powerless to change THAT. So we do the best with what we have. Not everything has to be defined. For even in the knowledge of characterizations we may subjectively make - the ease to which we find the ability to live comfortably in our own skin is determined by our focus.

  • wise and warm words :-) Thank you Mac, I didn't find it condescending at all...self-therapy is a perfect word for it.

  • Ah, the opinions of others. They can squelch a kid. They did me for sure!

  • I'm sorry to hear that. As they say, it's never too late to be a kid again and do it right. :-)

  • Well, that's very true, I guess.

  • "Iktomi" the Spider Spirit of transformation.

We live between knowing we are a small speck in the huge universe/dimension, and also a huge energy of unique love here on Mother Earth.

Light your own candle and those around you will see your illumination and light there own candles.

It gets easier when you stop trying too hard.

It is only human to say "shadow" and "light" side.... the divine does not make that dichotomy.

Accept all of it... sublime in its being.

    Thank you Amanda

  • I have loved hearing about the different spider symbolism since I recorded this...it has all been so relevant. It was really wild because the spider was literally running towards me out of no where...I have never had that happen...usually they run away. It was a great moment because I knew that it was very symbolic to what I was talking about. Thank you for the words of wisdom :-)

  • exactly......keep it real...return to the source, n dont be afraid of the shadow, its part of who we are....

  • Yes! Thank you :-)

  • i recommend you read "A New Earth" by Eckhart Tolle

it talks about what you were talking about, and explains a lot...watch out for that spider!!!

  • I have that Audio book and resonated with it soooo much, so good call on the recommendation. :-)

  • You have some beautiful threads of depth psychology in this. Well said, my dear! Pain is such a wonderful teacher, if we will only allow it to be so... As you said, decline to run from pain and instead delve into it. One of my favoriate Zen sayings: "Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional." I'm so glad you're posting these videos and getting the message out there! Namaste :)

  • Thank you so much for these encouraging words :-) "Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional." - I like that a lot!

  • I can see clearly now, the rain is gone! : )

    Preach Sister!

I love you! You are so clear and further clear that you can't get clear for anybody. You truly are SUCH an amazingly wise reader/healer...in this case, they are synonymous.

    Peace,

    Angie

PS Spiders=creativity, water, mother...you started out talking about you, your sister and your mother. lol With all my mother issues, spiders seem to live with me. : )

  • That is awesome and perfect symbolism! That little guy came running straight at me out of no where...it was really trippy! I have been having really interesting and symbolic animal medicine lately...I love it! Spiders are our friends (especially if we are healing mother figure issues! hugs)

  • This was absolutely, incredibly beautiful. Thank you for sharing!!

The only part that made me cringe was when you said you hated yourself. Don't! There is nothing about you to hate!

  • Thank you for being so sweet and encouraging. I understand about the "hate" part...I felt uncomfortable watching that, but it was also cathartic to record myself saying that to myself.

  • Thank you so much. I feel honored to have viewed your message fresh. You are so special Amanda! Love!!!!! :)

  • Thank you very much for being supportive and loving with your words! I appreciate that :-)
