What kind of machine does it take to run DFO on totally maxed gfx...I'm just curious. I don't have a top of the line machine, but it's not a calculator either...heh. I have a Core2Duo 2.66, 4G ram, but only an nVidia 8800GT....I'd have to get a new gfx card, huh?
Nice video, the graphics are great with everything on high and the art team are working on improving it even more as has been told in the spotlight!
Forgot the trolls who may have tried it and found they couldnt handle its brutal envoirment, jump in if your thinking about it trying it, its definately a love or hate game, but if you love it, your really love it!
This game is has more Trolls then any other MMO. Just like all other trolls, they know jack shit. I play, will continue to play and I refuse to play other games atm.

dude, darkfall is an FPS with LEVELS, and what makes it ever worse is that there is NO SKILL CAPS, which means the person who has invested the most time, WILL ALWAYS BE THE BEST, regardless of PLAYER SKILL
its a shame the shadows either cut down your fps by 40+ or hinder your ability to spot players since turning environment shadows off and keeping player shadows on you can see people's shadows through any single object they hid behind. av had 2 "expansions" so far yet those idiots still havent fixed the shadow issue.
as for pvp though it doesnt get better than darkfall.
yeah, the world itself is really beautiful... probably the top of any MMO on the market.
The character models are a different story, but thats partially to be expected in a game that features mass PvP. You can only load up so many poly's before it starts bogging down performance(aka AoC).
